Origin Story

Juice Onesies is not a juice company. We are an at-home, single-serve juicing solution for busy individuals who want truly fresh juice as part of their healthy lifestyle — without the prep, waste, or time drain.

We create a variety of perfectly portioned, single-serve produce pouches that make at-home juicing possible in under five minutes.

Unlike juice that sits on grocery store shelves, fresh juice delivers its highest nutritional value when consumed as close as possible to the moment it is pressed. Vitamins, enzymes, and phytonutrients begin to degrade over time — even with refrigeration. That’s why juice made at home and consumed immediately provides a more vibrant, nutrient-dense experience than pre-bottled alternatives.

Juice Onesies makes that level of freshness simple, fast, and realistic.

The idea grew from years of “Boot Camps” with my close friends, where we paired strict diets with twice-daily workouts for weeks at a time. We always ended lighter, stronger, happier and asking the same question: Wouldn’t it be great if we could make a living staying healthy?

By late 2022, I faced a turning point in my life.  My employer of more than three years had filed bankruptcy and been sold.  I had to decide between another demanding corporate job, consulting, or a new path while recognizing that I had gained a good amount of weight during my time there.

Before and After Comparison  I chose the new path. I applied and was accepted to serve as a missionary at the Optimum Health Institute (OHI) in San Diego, a holistic healing, wellness retreat program centered on plant-based nutrition, mental well-being and spirituality.  For nine months across OHI’s San Diego and Austin campuses, I worked part-time while fully immersed in the program.  By the end of 2023, I had shed the extra weight, my skin was clearer, my bones felt lubricated and overall I felt more balanced—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Determined to sustain that lifestyle, I carried healthy habits home, but consulting projects slowly unraveled my progress.  Stress crept in, workouts dwindled, and weight returned. After my then current project ended in the fall of 2024, I tried a three-day juice fast. While effective, it left me with wasted produce and time-consuming prep. On my next fast, I prepped single-serve portions — washed, cut, weighed, vacuum-sealed – that were ready to use. Each pouch took juicing from a 20-minute ordeal to a less than five-minute routine. The stress disappeared, and I felt energized…Juice Onesies was born.
